Mark and Kathy founded On the Mark Recruiting Specialists, Inc in 2002, and bring over 30 years of combined experience recruiting in all facets of the Automotive Electronics Industry. They specialize in the recruitment and placement of professionals in the global technology market. Their customers are manufacturers and suppliers from across the globe that provides technical products and solutions to the automotive, consumer and Industrial markets.
Stated by Mark and Kathy, “Our beginning in Automotive Electronics consisted of working with the manufacturers of power windows, door’s, seats and other electromechanical devices. Silicon applications were just being explored and utilized; our very first client in 1988 was Hitachi Semiconductor now known as Renesas Technology whom we still support today. Twenty Five years later we are working with customer’s creating leading edge products that were nonexistent and only seen in the movies not too long ago.”

Mark has over 30 years' experience as an Executive Recruiter in the Electronics field, specializing in recruiting professionals for the Electrical/Electronic arena in both domestic and international markets.
Kathy combines over 30 years’ experience in professional sales and client/customer relation. As Vice President of On the Mark Recruiting Specialists, Inc., Kathy’s role is challenging and diverse. She manages our Electronics Department in recruiting, research, coordination of appointments, and client/customer follow-up as well as Administration, Accounting and IT. Kathy has maintained long-standing relationships with our customers and candidate database. She loves the challenge of the industry and the people; trying to make everybody’s day better.
The newest member of our team, Kasey brings with her 13 years of semiconductor sales experience. Her background in automotive supply chain and distribution provides her with an intimate knowledge of our customer base.
