Analysis and recommendations for hardware / software tools to add capability and efficiency to the CTO program . Review and write technical bulletins in regards to installation best practices, code related issues, and manuals . As part of the technical team you will contribute to product development programs, assist in product testing and setups . Research and update technical developments in the market, new inverters, modules, racking . Perform customer site visits to benchmark best practices, understand installation trends, and provide a field understanding of system installation practices . Support trade show events and other interactions with customers and the public . Generate technical documents such as permit materials, field manuals, and test results.
