Technical Project Leader

 One of the largest and most recognized Automotive Tier One Suppliers of Electronics is seeking an experienced engineer to join their growing team. The Technical project lead role requires 5 plus years of software/hardware design/development of Automotive Electronic Control Modules. The ideal candidate will possess the technical skills to help lead module development, as well as the leadership/people skills to mentor, train and develop a team of engineers.

This role is unique, most leadership positions in engineering development, move you away from the technical detail, this role REQUIRES the Technical Project leader to maintain and continue to develop their engineering skills. The Company is growing its presence globally; the Technical Project Leader will work within a global organization and must be able to work effectively with multiple cultures and across all time zones.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with automotive environmental test requirements and the application and integration of electronic and software components into the automotive environment.

• Strong knowledge of the OEM industry, automotive specifications, quality standards as well as product launch experience.

• Highly motivated and self-driven team player with good interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Degree: BSEE or Computer Science
