We are partnered with a global leader and manufacturer of Electronic sensing devices who is seeking a Human Resource Generalist.  This person will have 3-5 years of experience with knowledge of recruiting, training, general HR administration process such as benefit administration and risk mitigation.

Job Responsibilities

Administration and HR Support:

  • Establish working contracts and addenda
  • Welcome new employees on 1st day, administrate the onboarding process
  • Create, manage and store personal files
  • Enter new employees and department changes in all database/programs (ADP, SAP)
  • Provide HR process audit information
  • Prepare/execute (Offer letters, tax notices, state unemployment coordination, performance related documents….)
  • Administration of health benefits and open enrollment in partnership with third party administrator
  • Process payroll and booking to general ledger, administration of time off policy and balances.
  • Monthly reports/reporting
  • Strong communication and interaction skills with a pro-active attitude and good team spirit
  • Familiar with working in an international and complex environment

Recruiting:

  • Lead and support all necessary actions in order to fill open positions
  • Identify recruitment needs and requirements according to the relevant described processes
  • Coordinate approval of Recruitment Request and deliver input for the Comp / Ben team with relevant information
  • Prepare job advertisements together with hiring managers and publish them on appropriate job platforms
  • Application screening, correspondence with candidates, arrangement of appointments and conduct interviews
  • Manage related administrative work (application process and treatment, including feedbacks)
  • Creation of CV database
  • Participation at job fairs, representing the company
  • Development of relationship with Labor office, schools, universities
  • Administrate and support in other subjects such as visa application

Training:

  • Monitor the integration and training period of new hires
  • Coordination of welcome day and tracking of trial period
  • Organize training sessions
  • Leading workshops and accompany trainings
  • Evaluation of efficiency of training, administrate of vendor efficiency

Degree:  Degree in HR management, business administration, psychology or other related subject

IT Skills: Professional knowledge in MS Office tools, Outlook, ADP Workforce Now, Experience with recruiting tools or ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage
