Kathy Taylor combines over 20 years experience in professional sales
and client/customer relations with a strong knowledge of computer
and software technology. As General Manager of On the Mark
Recruiting Specialists, Inc., Kathy’s role is challenging and diverse.
She manages our Administration, Accounting and IT departments and
has also taken an active role in the Electronics Department in research,
