Kathy Taylor - Recruiting SpecialistKathy combines over 30 years’ experience in professional sales and client/customer relations with a strong knowledge of computer and software technology.  As General Manager of On the Mark Recruiting Specialists, Inc., Kathy’s role is challenging and diverse.  She manages our Administration, Accounting and IT departments and has also taken an active role in the Electronics Department in research, coordination of appointments and client/customer follow-up.

Kathy is chartered to maintain and upgrade our sophisticated cross-functional database while keeping pace with the latest trends in executive recruiting.   Combining experience, strong work ethic and the personality to build strong business relationships, has been invaluable in the success we have experienced together.
