Mark and Kathy founded On the Mark Recruiting Specialists, Inc in 2002, and bring over 30 years of combined experience recruiting in all facets of the Automotive Electronics Industry. They specialize in the recruitment and placement of professionals in the global technology market. Their customers are manufacturers and suppliers from across the globe that provides technical products and solutions to the automotive and alternative energy markets.
Most recently, thanks to a CIGS manufacturer in China, they have had a great deal of success recruiting in the Solar Industry. Their success in recruiting includes a wide array of technologies ranging from automotive electronics, hybrid/electric vehicles to solar companies that manufacturer products in the following disciplines: photovoltaic (PV), copper indium gallium diselenide (CIGS), thin-film and silicon based solar products.

Kathy R. Taylor
Kathy combines over 30 years’ experience in professional sales and client/customer relations with a strong knowledge of computer and software technology. As General Manager of On the Mark Recruiting Specialists, Inc., Kathy’s role is challenging and diverse. She manages our Administration, Accounting and IT departments and has also taken an active role in the Electronics Department in research, coordination of appointments and client/customer follow-up.
Kathy is chartered to maintain and upgrade our sophisticated cross-functional database while keeping pace with the latest trends in executive recruiting. Combining experience, strong work ethic and the personality to build strong business relationships, has been invaluable in the success we have experienced together.
